A Week of Hibernation

The internet has been down for the past week! Talk about being out of touch with the world!

Just as well, we’ve been hibernating at home - am trying to get Rayhan back on his routine. We are still on Cairo time by the way. I put him to sleep at 8pm and he’s up again around 10ish, until we go to bed at about 12am. In the mornings, he usually wakes around 7ish, only to fall back asleep soon after until 11am (on the dot).

T has also been making a bit of effort, coming home a little earlier (at 9plus) this past week and because Rayhan has been sleeping a little later as well, it feels like we have been spending more “quality” time together as a family… having dinner together, giving Rayhan his night bath and chilling on the bed together until we all go to sleep.

Of cos I haven’t been stuck at home all the time. I took Ray out to meet his “Indian girlfriends” (Amaira & Anaya) twice.

Angelo, Nitz and Anaya are relocating to Singapore, leaving end of the week

And then there’s the usual Homies dinner. We had Carl’s Junior - believe it or not, it’s my first time eating a Carl’s Junior burger! This has to be the cheapest and fastest “homies” dinner ever. Haha.

And then we did the unbelievable thing – we went STROLLING around the mall. Yes, the whole group of us, including the men! Amazing!

BTW, I am soooo happiee and excited about this new shopping mall (Vincom Center). It’s like the first real and proper mall here… Plus they have Carls’ Junior, NYDC, Seoul Garden, BreakTalk and even Popeyes! Not to forget, the Emporior Armani café!

PS: I wonder how long this homies thing is going to go on for… it’s almost disbanding with Sylvain & Nichole having moved to Vung Tau, Nash barely joining us anymore, Ira gone to Russia for an indefinite period and V heading back to Bangkok for 2 months.
