Steve has been going on about what a great cook his partner Pui is and we have agreed that we will offer our kitchen so she can whip up some nice Thai dishes for all of us to enjoy.
So finally, the day has arrived - we sat a date, confirmed it and the couple came with big bags of groceries and ingredients.
As soon as Pui came, it felt like a typhoon has blown into our kitchen... she was so quick... moving from this to that and cooked up 5 dishes in less than 1 hr! My maid was between helping her with the odd choppings and stirrings and jotting down notes!
Aman, the Thai chef also helped out in the kitchen, along with the 2 ladies
We thought that was a lot of food for only the 5 of us but we finished EVERYTHING!
